Authorised Reseller Programme

Want to sell HI NATURE® in your store or webshop? We welcome concept stores, kitchen shops, eco retailers and webshops that share our mission: Hi Nature, Bye Plastic. Resale of HI NATURE® products is only permitted with official written brand authorisation. Below you find the conditions; use the form to apply.

Reseller conditions

1. Written authorisation first. Any resale of HI NATURE® products, in store or online, requires our prior written brand authorisation. The authorisation names the approved sales channels.
2. Online marketplaces. Sales via Amazon, bol.com, Kaufland, eBay, TikTok Shop or any other marketplace require separate written approval per marketplace.
3. Brand assets. The HI NATURE® trademark, product images and texts may only be used as provided by us and only while the authorisation is valid.
4. Your own prices. Resellers are free to set their own resale prices. We may share a recommended retail price for guidance.
5. Original condition. Products are sold in their original, unaltered packaging, with the product information supplied by us.
6. Breach. Unauthorised resale or misuse of brand assets entitles us to withdraw the authorisation, suspend supply and claim damages, without prejudice to our rights under trademark and copyright law.
7. Purchasing. Authorised resellers order at wholesale prices through our wholesale page. Our general B2B terms apply.
