It started in 2018, in a normal kitchen, with a normal question: Why is everything I cook with made of plastic I don't trust? The spatulas that melted after two months. The bowls that turned yellow from tomato sauce. The bottles labeled "BPA-free" that still smelled like a chemistry set. So we built the opposite.
