Exchange or return

We think it is very important that you are always satisfied. Are you still not satisfied with your purchase despite our extensive service and guarantees? Then you can simply return it within 14 days. You will then receive a full refund from us, from the day of shipment of the product. The product can only be returned in its original unopened packaging.

We will refund the payment of the order, including any delivery costs charged by us at the time of the order. We will issue the refund when we receive the product or until you prove that you have returned the product, whichever is earlier. We will use the same payment method that you used for the refund, unless you agree to a different method. The refund is free of charge. For returning the order, the return costs are for your own account. We will credit the paid order amount within 14 days.

WHAT SHOULD YOU DO IF YOU WANT TO RETURN A PRODUCT?

• Please send us a message stating your order number and the product(s) you wish to return.
• Once we receive your message, we'll send you the instructions and return address.
• Pack the item in the packaging in which you received the order or in sturdy packaging material. Attach the packing slip or payment statement.
• As soon as we have received your return, we will transfer the amount to you as soon as possible, but within 5 working days.
• We would really appreciate it if you let us know why you want to return the product, but you don't have to.

Has your order already been completed and have you already received a confirmation email from us and do you still want to cancel your order?

Please contact us as soon as possible (within 3 hour of ordering) via info@hinature.nl and we will cancel the order for you.
