Exchange or return

Not satisfied? Return it within 30 days of shipment for a full refund. Product must be unused, in original unopened packaging.

We refund the order amount plus delivery costs, via your original payment method, once we receive the return. Return shipping is at your own cost. Refund processed within 5 working days of receipt.

Damaged or worn items: report physical damage within 3 working days of delivery. Damaged or worn products are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to return:

• Message us your order number and item(s)
• We send return instructions + address
• Pack securely, include packing slip
• Refund within 5 working days of us receiving it
