What are your shipping costs?

How long does a refund take?

Once we receive your return, your refund is processed within 5 working days via your original payment method.

Can I cancel my order?

Are your products dishwasher safe?

Yes. Both silicone and stainless steel tools are fully dishwasher safe for easy cleanup.

Are they heat resistant?

Yes. Our silicone is rated to 260°C, so spatulas and BBQ & grill tools are safe with hot cookware and the grill.

Are Hi Nature® products certified food-safe?

Yes. Our silicone and 18/10 stainless steel are tested by independent labs against EU food-contact standards (Regulation 1935/2004) and FDA food-contact requirements. See Our Materials.
