Orders are processed and shipped promptly within 24-48 hours of placement.

Our 30-day return period allows customers to return packages without explanation, commencing upon receipt. Please send the return shipment within this timeframe.

Return conditions All returned items must be unworn and in pristine condition with all the tags still attached.

Shipping costs are not refundable.

Once you’ve sent your items back to us, you should receive your refund within 7 working days after the items have reached our warehouse.

You can track the progress of your return using the provided track and trace of your chosen carrier which indicates when the package reaches our warehouse. The 10-workday processing period commences from this point onward. Once the refund has been issued, you will receive a notification.

In the very rare case that your package loses tracking on the way to its destination for more than 5 days, please contact Customer Care

Orders may be delivered to a neighbor if delivery attempts fail, based on the driver's discretion. Signature-required orders will be returned to the warehouse if undelivered. We will share carrier details and tracking number for lost packages.

For suspected package theft, please file a police report to investigate your refund or exchange claim. We'll reach out within 48-72 hours once the report is submitted.

SILK SOUL™ is not liable for shipping delays caused by natural or uncontrollable events. Also, delays related to the courier (e.g., customs clearance) are not SILK SOUL™'s responsibility.
